About
A programme leader who still builds.
I started as a software developer, then moved through technical support, business analysis, product ownership, project delivery and programme leadership.
That combination is deliberate. More than a decade across technology and financial services, most of it running projects and programmes, taught me how large financial services organisations adopt things. Staying hands-on keeps the judgement grounded: what is real, what is hard, and what the numbers do and do not say.

The rare part is the combination
Strategy, delivery, adoption and enablement across the division's Gen AI programme.
Production AI, built hands-on: multi-agent pipelines, retrieval, evaluations, full-stack.
Graduate engineers hired, led and developed, with the enablement that ships them into production: town halls, hands-on build days, and the change-management half most teams skip.
Fluent across executives, engineers and financial services.
The path
Software from the start: a computer science degree and a backend developer role.
Technical account management and business analysis across enterprise clients.
Project and programme delivery across technology and financial services.
Leading delivery and adoption across the division's Gen AI programme, while building its flagship systems.
Credentials
In short
I am most useful in the space between the executive who needs an outcome and the engineer who has to build it. I have spent my career translating in both directions.
